How to use Swap Mail
To request a swap send an email to rtswap@gmail.com

Mark subject line as Swap Request

In the body of the email indicate day, date, and AM/PM (color) to be covered FOR you

Optional in body of email - suggest days and dates you could offer in return

In body of email, tell how to contact you - email, phone, snail mail, carrier pigeon, etc

Schedule for Processing Request Emails
Swap requests are consolidated and sent every Tuesday and Friday morning

Cutoff for scheduled email is 7:00 the prior evening (i.e. Monday and Thursday)

Exception - if you need a swap sent out prior to next scheduled email
Mark Subject line as Swap Request Immediate Release

Policy Note
Swap Mail is one of many ways to arrange a swap. The most successful method is "one on one" with your close friends at patrol. If you don't get a response to swap mail, please don't think your responsibility ends there. Makes some calls! You are responsible to have your shift covered.
